After a couple of failed efforts to hold a rally with our neighbors, the club is now determined to create history and hold two back to back events with India where there's a large following for vintage and classic cars. The club through it's President Mohsin has invited the Heritage Motoring Club of India (HMCI), Karnataka Classic Car Club, Chandigarh Classic Car Club, Indore Classic Car Club and the biggest and oldest of them all the 'Vintage & Classic Car Club of India' (VCCCI) based in Mumbai to come to Pakistan by road. One event would have approximately 50 - 60 cars coming from Delhi via the Wagah border into Lahore . The cars would be driven by and would carry elite of India . Mohsin along with Jim and K.C. Anand personally met Chief Ministers of both Punjab 's, Captain Amrinder Singh, the Mahraja of Patiala and Mr. Pervaiz Elahi to get their patronage for the Delhi - Lahore Drive . The other event would have 75 - 80 classic cars coming from Mumbai to Karachi via the Khokrapar border if the permission is granted by the government of Pakistan otherwise the cars would be shipped to Karachi . During the Delhi-Simla Heritage Drive ' Mohsin met the CM of Himachal Pradesh who invited VCCCP to bring a rally to Simla from Lahore . He promised total support including hosting the participants from Pakistan as guests of Himachal State government.

The club is also in discussions with the tourism ministry for holding various international motoring events which apart from being fun and excitement will give a positive exposure to the country especially to those who relate Pakistan to poverty, lawlessness, terrorism etc.
