Mohsin Ikram was invited to be a judge of the 2nd Delhi to Shimla heritage rally organised by HMCI. Rally was received in Shimla by the Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh who invited Mohsin to bring a rally from Pakistan to Shimla.
